About the materials.

Q: Where it is made?

A: Hand made in Finland, using materials from local shops, also we buy from internet, in Europe. At ordering we buy test materials to see how the material acts before starting working with the order. Wash test and texture. Now we are searching recycling materials which are from the sea, the plastic. To protect the world.

Q: What leather is in use?

A: Used Leathers in our bags are:

Lamp-, bovine- & buck nappa, sheep-skin & swine-skin Mocha. We use many different materials in one product but also we make one full design in one material.

We choose best materials to make best long lasting product to customer.

 

About the Unique ordering.

Q: What I should do?

A: Read more here how it is done, it is a multi task process. It take's time to make it, around 1 month + sendings. ( Depends on the order and the materials ) We have specialist in working with us to make the best solutions for your orders. We make it whit your size and wishes a stylish and seductive dress, jacket, full look or suit for men and for women.

Making the Unique ordering.

Q: Why need to meet?

A: Every time Elina is making unique designs for customers, Elina thinks how the customer look to make clear for what style for his person does look good.

 

So that’s why it's important that Elina gets to meet/see

the customer because straight then she knows the style and inspiration.

Q: What king of unique ordering has include?

How the inspirations Came? and where they come?

For Elina, she get's all inspirations straight from the sky. And make she's designs by Elina's own mind.

A: We have specialist in working with us to make the best solutions for your orders.

Handmade in Finland, with the years of skills of using leather, fabrics. Making the order with your size and wishes a style and seductive dress, jacket, full look or suit for men and for women. Also for the kids are able to make and Wedding dresses.

To ordering starting, you have to book time for meeting,

where we body analysis the best style for you and choosing colors.

First meeting takes about one hour.

From here you can straight book time.

Q: How the price comes together?

A: We always speak whit customers what is the budget for the design. We will charge from first order 1/3 of the total price before starting the order.

As a sample: short style jacket with out much personal style, cost around 900€ ( +tax% )

depends of style, budged, how mush personal style is added and the material what is used.

The Sending.

 

Q: How it will be send to me?

A: We are now cooperated with Sevenon Oy who sends and packs to customers orders in black box, the horse theme bags withs are now cooperated with the Sevenon.

Packing all product in boxes which can handle the posting well, hard box.

If a product is broken during a delivery, we need a customer's post office statement that the product is broken in the mail delivery as well ask photos of damage and to customer contact with us. Read more down what to do in the situation here

The payment.

 

Q: How to pay the order?

A: We are accepting the Online as a PayPal payment, invoice & master card. At first ordering we can send to customer a bill/invoices  by post, email, PayPal. We charge 1/3 of the total price from the design and for the first meeting 150€/2 h to get well know the customers wishes, style and the clothing use. Read more at up, why to meet.

 

If it goes broken?!

Q: What to do if it's broken before I get it?

A:  If a product is broken during a delivery, we need a customer's post office statement that the product is broken in the mail delivery and well as photos of damage and contact with us in here or take a straight contact to us by eewedesign@hotmail.com

We will discuss the following steps, return or repair of the damage caused by the product, depending on the situation.
